Lingerie brand Intimissimi has opened its first Texas store in Dallas, revealing expansion plans in the market and across the U.S.
Located at 13350 Dallas Parkway, inside Dallas Galleria, the new storefront opens in a slightly larger space than other recently opened locations, yet follows a similar store format with notable brand fixtures. Key features include an updated fitting room area featuring new recessed monitor configuration and full tile logo walls.
The Dallas store houses Intimissimi’s best-selling silk pajama sets and intimates, as well as exclusive U.S. collections, while highlighting the Italian quality and craftsmanship of their affordable pieces.
Texas has proven to be one of the most important markets for Intimissimi, due to strong e-commerce revenues. Hence, the new Dallas store kicks off expansion plans into the market and will soon be followed by another store in the Fort Worth area.
Looking ahead, the brand plans on a larger expansion into Houston, Austin and San Antonio. As parent-company Calzedonia aims to have 100 Intimissimi stores by the end of 2024, it is also eyeing store openings in California, Texas, Florida, and Illinois.
The move is in line with its focus on brick and mortar store locations, as product exploration remains the backbone of the brand. In particular, the group is targeting the best shopping centers and high end street locations for future stores.
In 2016, the brand opened its first U.S. store in Paramus, NJ. Most recently, in 2022, it opened 15 U.S. Intimissimi stores, including its first West Coast location.
In September, it equally named international icon Jennifer Lopez as its latest global brand ambassador, further boosting awareness and appeal in the U.S. market.
