I’ve been a Starbucks barista for the past three years, so believe me when I say I’ve seen and made everything — a lemonade with two espresso shots, a 6-pump chai with 15 additional pumps of vanilla, a blended iced water, and more horrendous recipes that I’m actively trying to suppress.

That said, if you’ve ever wondered if your go-to Starbucks drink sets off any red flags, you’ve come to the right place. Don’t worry, I totally get it. Why get a bitter-tasting coffee when you can get something fun, delicious, and pretty? But I can’t lie, people who get iced chai tea lattes are totally my favorite.
